Own and grow enterprise accounts across banking, government, telecom, and corporate sectors. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting client meetings, identifying needs, collaborating with pre-sales and technical teams on solutions and proposals, presenting commercial offers, managing the sales pipeline, closing deals, and building long-term client and vendor relationships.

Own the end-to-end IT procurement and supply chain cycle, including vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase orders, freight, customs, delivery tracking, landed-cost analysis, supplier payments, and vendor records. The role supports sales pricing and tender submissions while coordinating with finance and international suppliers. Strong organization, numerical accuracy, Excel skills, IT vendor experience, and English and Arabic fluency are required. The position is remote and works closely with the Dubai headquarters.

The Pre-Sales Proposal Coordinator prepares technical and commercial proposals, coordinates RFQs and tenders, and ensures timely submission of customer requirements for the sales team.
