Executes and supervises resident activities in an assisted and independent living community. Responsibilities include planning programs, encouraging participation, assisting with resident transportation, completing departmental forms, providing clerical support, answering phones, and caring for pet-therapy animals. Serves as the department contact when the Director is absent and supports off-site activities as needed.

Develops and executes strategic marketing plans, achieves entrance-fee apartment pre-sale targets, manages sales and marketing staff, oversees CRM and pipeline performance, builds referral and community partnerships, and ensures regulatory-compliant communications. The role also supports budgeting, reporting, customer experience through move-in, and coordination with development, operations, finance, and marketing teams.

Directs plant operations, maintenance, transportation, security, safety, and fire prevention for a community. Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, administers medications and treatments, assesses health changes, updates care plans, and coordinates admissions, discharges, appointments, and interdisciplinary care. Supervises nursing assistants, ensures regulatory and infection-control compliance, maintains supplies and documentation, supports quality initiatives, and reports incidents or suspected abuse. The role requires compassionate care for older adults in a continuing care retirement community.

Supports resident wellbeing by planning, leading, and documenting recreational, social, and therapeutic activities. Oversee evening shelter operations for domestic violence survivors, including supervising and training staff, scheduling, performance management, intake coordination, resident services, policy enforcement, safety, crisis response, compliance, recordkeeping, and operational reporting. The role requires leadership experience in a shelter or similar setting and knowledge of domestic violence and trauma-informed care.
