Provides timely, friendly meal service to residents and guests; delivers and serves meals, prepares dining areas and trays, assists with food preparation, follows diet and portion-control requirements, maintains sanitation, cleans kitchenettes and dining areas, washes dishes, restocks supplies, and records food and equipment temperatures.

Answers calls, greets visitors, assists residents and guests, monitors emergency notifications, manages visitor logs, distributes mail and packages, directs marketing appointments, provides tours, and supports administration while maintaining confidentiality.

Supports residents’ quality of life by planning and leading recreational, therapeutic, and social activities. Encourages participation, escorts residents, drives the community bus, documents engagement and care activities, assists with events, volunteers, supplies, training, and department administration. Maintains clean activity spaces and supports resident wellbeing through compassionate communication, collaboration, and adherence to regulatory and community procedures.
