Provide administrative support for the Munster Administrative Building: manage communications, maintain confidential records, assist with finance tasks, coordinate meetings/events, process correspondence, and monitor supplies. Serve internal and external stakeholders and handle sensitive information.

Provide administrative support for the Hospitalist department, manage communications, scheduling, supply and records management, prepare reports and reconciliations, assist onboarding and resolve payroll/purchasing issues. Weekend and holiday rotations required; some weekend remote hours possible.
