Provide clinical guidance and utilization review to case management and CDI teams. Advise physicians on level of care, length of stay, medical necessity, denials, and appeals. Conduct record reviews, peer-to-peer discussions, and collaborate with payers and hospital leadership to ensure compliance with CMS, state, and payer policies.

Lead strategy and operations for enterprise business platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, UiPath), including roadmaps, vendor management, lifecycle and release governance, integrations, testing, production support, RPA center of excellence, and cross-functional delivery with PMO and program managers.

Manage daily operations of Environmental Services and Linen Departments, supervise staff, handle performance management and recruitment, control budgets and supplies, conduct quality inspections, ensure HFAP/state/federal compliance, and maintain a safe work environment.
