Provides orientation, training, competency development, and ongoing education for clinical nursing personnel. Evaluates educational programs, supports evidence-based practice, facilitates organizational communication, identifies process and system gaps, and promotes professional growth. Responsibilities include remediation, certification support, mentoring, regulatory training, new equipment and procedure education, EMR updates, and quality or project work.

Coordinates enterprise projects from scope through completion, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholder communication, and project status reporting. Establishes project management processes, resolves issues, monitors budget performance, supports PMO improvements, and helps develop project teams. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, five years of project management, vendor, and healthcare industry experience, and PMP certification within 1.5 years of hire.

Manages financial operations supporting healthcare service lines and divisional leadership. Provides budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, audit support, and strategic decision-making assistance. Serves as a change agent for operational and financial improvement while identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with executives, physicians, department staff, and finance teams.
