Lead a BI analytics team to build, publish, and interpret operational, clinical, and financial reports and dashboards. Design ETL/T-SQL pipelines, manage analytics projects, ensure tool stability, guide BI developers, and partner with leadership to improve access, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

Perform HIM quality audits, analyze findings and trends, coordinate corrective action and training, maintain HIM policies and workflows, provide coding expertise, support process improvements, and monitor EPIC and other system changes to ensure medical record integrity and compliance.

This role supports office operations by managing communication, coordinating meetings and events, and handling confidential matters with discretion.
