Manage and process complex medical and billing record release requests in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies. Coordinate with Legal and Risk, maintain Epic requestor database and ROI forms, release records via multiple methods, support billing for records, troubleshoot documentation issues, and serve as departmental ROI resource.

Assembles, prepares, serves, and delivers food and supplies to patient care areas while following food safety standards. Cleans and sanitizes kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment; records food temperatures; stores supplies safely; and ensures meals are properly portioned, labeled, dated, and delivered on time.

Provides comprehensive nursing care by assessing patients, administering medications, developing and implementing care plans, reassessing outcomes, and supporting patients and families. Works day shifts in a 10-operating-room hospital environment, with a 30-minute call requirement. New graduates are welcome. Requires an associate nursing degree, Indiana RN licensure, and BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP, and unit-specific certifications may be required depending on assignment.
