Provides high-level administrative and clerical support to a hospital executive. Responsibilities include managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, reports, travel arrangements, communications, confidential inquiries, stakeholder coordination, and office operations. The role serves as a liaison among executives, senior management, government agencies, corporate staff, and hospital coworkers while handling sensitive information and preparing legal and financial documents.

Processes managed care medical claims, analyzes approval or denial decisions, resolves provider inquiries, supports enrollees and employers with claim-related questions, and performs claims-processing quality assurance activities. The role requires accuracy, organization, customer service, data entry, and knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding.

Provides respiratory therapy and patient care across multiple Franciscan Health locations in Northern Indiana. Responsibilities include applying clinical judgment, working independently with care teams, adapting to changing priorities, communicating effectively, and advocating for patients. The role requires CRT or RRT certification, BLS and ACLS certifications, an associate degree, and at least one year of recent clinical experience. Travel between assigned locations may reach 75%.
