Lead and mentor a compositing team while remaining hands-on to deliver finished shots. Oversee quality, scheduling, bidding, client reviews and on-set VFX supervision. Manage colour pipeline and 2D workflows integrated with DI, CG and DMP, solve technical and artistic challenges, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate cross-departmentally to deliver high-quality VFX across film, advertising and episodic projects.

Coordinate daily VFX production tasks to keep shots moving through the pipeline. Track shot progression, organise dailies and meetings, update Flow/ShotGrid, communicate client notes, manage deliveries and edits, balance artist workloads, and support producers and supervisors to deliver projects on time and budget.

Provide HR administrative support for Montreal and US locations: HRIS data entry, onboarding coordination, benefits and reporting, annual review administration, employee communications, record keeping, and ad hoc HR analytics and projects. Bilingual (French/English) and strong confidentiality required.
