Implement and manage photorealistic lighting, shading, and scene assembly for high-end VFX shots. Lead and mentor a compositing team while remaining hands-on to deliver finished shots. Oversee quality, scheduling, bidding, client reviews and on-set VFX supervision. Manage colour pipeline and 2D workflows integrated with DI, CG and DMP, solve technical and artistic challenges, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate cross-departmentally to deliver high-quality VFX across film, advertising and episodic projects.
