Supports advanced ceramic manufacturing processes through documentation, data collection, troubleshooting, equipment and tooling support, process validation, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and suppliers; assists with equipment qualification, facility layout, Lean and Kaizen activities, employee training, and safe production-process sustainment in a 50/50 office and manufacturing environment.

Supports ceramic manufacturing and new product introductions by creating bills of materials, production routings, manufacturing instructions, SolidWorks drawing packages, and process documentation. Collaborates with design, process engineering, operations, quality, and business development teams to transfer processes to production, resolve manufacturing issues, develop tooling and work centers, and improve equipment and efficiency while meeting cost, quality, safety, and volume targets.

Manages assigned customer accounts and projects, handles quotations and order entry, coordinates contract execution, supports outside sales, and responds to customer requests. Tracks sales and delivery metrics, communicates production updates, reviews customer and contract requirements, maintains CRM data, and protects ITAR-controlled information. The role requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, customer service, and multitasking skills, plus familiarity with ERP/MRP, CRM, manufacturing processes, and government contracting requirements.

Leads customer programs and cross-functional manufacturing projects from initiation through completion. Manages scope, schedules, costs, quality, risks, resources, customer commitments, and production readiness. Coordinates Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service while driving accountability, issue resolution, reporting, and continuous improvement. Supports new product introductions, transfers, qualifications, production ramps, and prototype-to-production handoffs in a technical manufacturing environment.

Leads new product integration from design review through production release for multilayer PCBs and advanced materials. Responsibilities include manufacturability evaluation, prototype and qualification builds, process development and validation, ECO management, documentation, launch milestone tracking, risk mitigation, quality compliance, and manufacturing training. The role collaborates with customers and cross-functional Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Program Management teams in aerospace, defense, and medical device manufacturing.

Supports and improves the Quality Management System for regulated manufacturing of advanced-material components and assemblies. Responsibilities include change control, MRB and nonconformance management, CAPA, root cause analysis, calibration, risk management, process validation, audits, statistical studies, customer quality support, and continuous improvement. The role analyzes quality data, leads Six Sigma initiatives, maintains procedures, and partners with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to reduce defects, variation, scrap, and rework.

Manages strategic customer accounts, contracts, quotations, order execution, forecasts, and customer communications in a manufacturing environment. Reviews purchase orders, contractual and regulatory requirements, and customer risks while coordinating with program management, production, sales, and other departments. Resolves customer issues, supports delivery performance, prepares reports, negotiates changes, and maintains compliance with ITAR, EAR, FAR, and DFARS requirements.

Develops, implements, optimizes, and sustains PCB manufacturing processes, especially wet-process operations such as imaging, etching, plating, cleaning, and chemical treatment. The role improves yield, quality, throughput, reliability, safety, and cost through process design, statistical analysis, DOE, validation, root-cause investigation, continuous improvement, documentation, equipment evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration. It also supports new product introduction, audits, employee training, and environmental compliance.
