Own Fractal Power’s project finance architecture, including construction and operating models, portfolio aggregation, equity waterfalls, returns analysis, debt sizing, tax equity and ITC monetization. Lead financing execution from term sheet through closing, underwrite merchant and contracted energy revenue, analyze ERCOT and BESS economics, and evaluate financing structures for co-located data center capacity. Partner with lenders, investors, tax advisors, counsel, and internal development, engineering, and commercial teams.

Owns end-to-end delivery of utility-scale battery energy storage projects in ERCOT, from site control and interconnection through construction, energization, commissioning, and commercial operation. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, EPC contracts, permitting, utilities, contractors, risks, commissioning, and operational handoff. The role requires ownership of project controls, safety, quality, stakeholder coordination, and delivery on schedule and budget, with travel to project sites across Texas.

Owns the end-to-end experimentation, data, and forecast platforms supporting energy-market strategies. Builds scalable backtesting and simulation systems, market and asset data pipelines, forecast infrastructure, reproducible research environments, strategy versioning, observability, and deployment workflows. Collaborates directly with quants and traders to improve research and live-trading processes. Requires strong production engineering, product ownership, and comfort working across data infrastructure, compute orchestration, and full-stack platform development.
