Lead and support daily vehicle assembly operations by assigning work, training technicians, troubleshooting, operating material-handling equipment, ensuring quality and safety, coordinating with Engineering/Materials/Quality, and driving continuous improvement.

Assemble and modify vans on a production line: remove interior components, cut/remove bumpers and flooring, reroute and install electrical harnesses, install seats, flooring, gas tanks and A/C units, utilize work-order software, follow OSHA and PPE requirements, attend training and meetings, and complete post-offer screenings.

Install final interior and functional components (seats, carpets, panels, AC ductwork, seat belts), program door modules, test lights/windows/doors, use work-order software, follow OSHA and PPE requirements, and train across multiple assembly stations.

Lead and improve safety programs across multiple manufacturing sites. Develop policies, conduct inspections and incident investigations, deliver safety training, manage OSHA recordkeeping, coordinate emergency preparedness, oversee PPE and safety equipment, and produce safety analytics and executive reports to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
