Develop the Thailand market by acquiring clients and partners, converting leads, managing affiliates and introducing brokers, supporting onboarding, negotiating partnership terms, monitoring KPIs, conducting competitor analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with marketing, customer support, and back-office teams, while attending conferences and business meetings as needed.

Manage the company’s market, liquidity, credit, counterparty, operational, and ICT risk framework within a CySEC-regulated investment firm. Monitor trading exposures, leverage, margins, limits, and abnormal activity; perform stress testing and scenario analysis; prepare risk reports; maintain policies and documentation; support audits; and escalate significant breaches to senior management.

Owns the design, build, deployment, and optimization of CRM and lifecycle journeys across lead, registration, first deposit, and first trade stages. Manages email and WhatsApp campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including segmentation, automation, deliverability, consent, compliance, testing, and performance reporting. Partners with analytics, creative, and compliance teams to improve funnel conversion and engagement across multiple jurisdictions.
