Provide administrative and event coordination support to Career Services, assist employer outreach and relationship management, manage Handshake platform, coordinate scheduling and logistics for student-employer events, produce marketing/promotional materials, collect and analyze employment data, and deliver customer service to students and partners.

Lead grant development and administration, manage Perkins planning, oversee Affirmative Action and IRB processes, coordinate cross-functional compliance activities, prepare reports, manage relationships with funders, and ensure timely, compliant execution of institutional grants and compliance priorities.

Lead and coordinate the Traffic Safety department, overseeing program policies, staff supervision, class scheduling, instructor evaluation and training, DOT reporting, budget assistance, community partnerships, and student issue resolution. Provide regular internal/external reporting and support department productivity and continuous improvement.
