Serves as the Public Safety Training Center welcome desk receptionist by greeting customers and students, answering and directing incoming calls, responding to questions, and providing friendly customer service. The role requires one year of office experience or equivalent education and experience, along with basic Microsoft Office skills. This is an in-person, casual position working up to 11.75 hours per week.

Administers employee and retiree benefits, retirement plans, leave and accommodation programs, workers’ compensation coordination, compliance reporting, invoices, and Workday benefits processes. Supports enrollment, employee communications, vendor relationships, wellbeing initiatives, and campus clinic administration while partnering with payroll, HR, and benefits consortium stakeholders.

Provides strategic leadership for cash, investments, credit card processing, debt management, treasury operations, vendor relationships, PCI compliance, unclaimed property, and sales tax reporting. Oversees reconciliations, internal controls, audits, bond covenants, capital planning, financial institution relationships, and process improvements. Leads treasury system testing, compliance activities, reporting, and policy development while supporting institutional financial goals.

Provides institution-wide strategic leadership for academic programming, curriculum development, academic records, and related systems. Oversees program creation, modification, approval, implementation, compliance, articulation agreements, budgets, vendors, and performance indicators. Leads staff and cross-functional initiatives with instructional divisions, Student Services, and college stakeholders. Ensures alignment with accreditation, state, and federal requirements while improving academic processes, Workday Student data, curriculum infrastructure, and student outcomes.
