Lead institutional intelligence, analytics, and performance management to support strategic planning and decision-making. Manage dashboards, KPI tracking, data governance, program reviews, and analytic reporting. Provide actionable insights, monitor strategic initiatives, and coordinate performance review cycles to advance college priorities and organizational effectiveness.

Review and resolve ISIR reject and C-code flags, perform federal verification, process SAP appeals and professional judgment/dependency override requests, counsel students on FAFSA completion, maintain compliant records, and provide high-quality customer service while staying current on federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations.

Lead and coordinate the Traffic Safety department, overseeing program policies, staff supervision, class scheduling, instructor evaluation and training, DOT reporting, budget assistance, community partnerships, and student issue resolution. Provide regular internal/external reporting and support department productivity and continuous improvement.
