Manage daily treasury operations including cash positioning, liquidity planning, and bank relationships. Build and maintain cash flow forecasting models, support capital structure, debt compliance, and investment strategies. Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax and business units, implement process improvements, produce treasury reports for leadership, ensure controls and regulatory compliance, and oversee corporate insurance programs.

Lead FP&A for Revelyst Golf Technology: own monthly/quarterly/annual close and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, KPI/dashboard development, cost optimization, profitability analysis, support planning and new-idea financial sizing, and manage two financial analysts while partnering with brand and corporate finance.

Lead global logistics operations including transportation, 3PL/warehousing, consolidation, and transloading. Develop and execute logistics strategy, ensure customs and trade compliance, manage suppliers and contracts, monitor KPIs, control budgets, and drive process improvements while mentoring a global logistics team to improve cost, service, and efficiency.

Support M&A and strategic initiatives through valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, target research, industry and market analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations. Coordinate internal and external advisors and assist sourcing acquisition opportunities to guide strategic decisions.
