Provide timely meal service by following menus, set up and serve trays, prepare and label food, maintain clean and sanitized kitchen equipment and work areas, observe infection control and safety procedures, attend training, follow facility policies, and support residents and staff cooperatively.

Provide direct resident care and activity leadership for dementia residents, assist with ADLs, plan and run activities, document attendance/responses, monitor safety, coach staff and families, follow infection control and facility procedures.
