Prepare and serve meals according to menus, set up and bus trays, assist with food preparation, clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas, follow infection control and facility policies, attend trainings, and perform assigned dietary duties timely and professionally.

Provide direct resident care and activity leadership for dementia residents, assist with ADLs, plan and run activities, document attendance/responses, monitor safety, coach staff and families, follow infection control and facility procedures.
