Own People Operations infrastructure for salaried and hourly employees, including HRIS, payroll coordination, benefits, leave, immigration, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and people data. Configure Rippling workflows, automate recurring processes, build workforce dashboards, analyze retention and attrition, and quantify hiring costs. Build end-to-end full-stack features for cloud and factory-floor edge applications.
