Define compliant build standards, support first-article and pilot delivery, and create reusable intake, estimating, and automation systems. Travel to customer sites 30–40% of the time while serving as the technical point of contact.

Own end-to-end technical recruiting for mechanical, manufacturing, process, test, and quality engineering roles in a hardware environment. Build competency maps, train and calibrate interviewers, analyze talent competitors, and maintain high hiring standards. Manage the staffing agency relationship for hourly contract technicians, including selection, negotiation, SLAs, quality audits, conversion, and retention. The role is fully in-person and requires comfort working on a manufacturing shop floor.

Own recruiting for Foundry Robotics’ GTM and G&A organizations, including sales, marketing, finance, legal, IT, supply chain, facilities, and program management. The role requires defining new positions, developing candidate pitches, conducting talent-market analysis, closing candidates, and building competency maps. This in-person role partners with multiple hiring managers at an early-stage AI robotics manufacturing company and may eventually split into a specialized GTM or G&A recruiting role.

Own end-to-end recruiting for robotics and AI/ML research scientists and engineers. Source candidates through research papers, conferences, GitHub, citation networks, and university relationships. Build faculty and lab partnerships, use AI-enabled sourcing tools, develop competency maps, train interviewers, calibrate research assessments, and conduct talent competitor analysis. The role requires evaluating technical research quality, building long-term candidate relationships, and recruiting for an in-person robotics manufacturing company.

Own People Operations infrastructure for salaried and hourly employees, including HRIS, payroll coordination, benefits, leave, immigration, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and people data. Configure Rippling workflows, automate recurring processes, build workforce dashboards, analyze retention and attrition, and quantify hiring costs. Support multi-state employment compliance, production workforce requirements, and hiring philosophy systems. The role is fully in-person in Emeryville, California.

Build end-to-end full-stack features for cloud and factory-floor edge applications. Implement offline-capable, low-latency UIs and backend services, design APIs, write tests, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate on shared libraries and developer tooling to support factory operators and supervisors.

Operate and improve infrastructure spanning AWS, Kubernetes, on-premises and edge systems, deployment pipelines, GPU workloads, networking, and observability. The role requires hands-on security engineering, facility security expertise, startup leadership, and collaboration across engineering, IT, quality, and operations.

Design, document, and own an AS9100D/ISO 9001:2015-compliant QMS; lead certification, run audits, supplier and inspection programs, manage nonconformance and corrective actions, support customer audits, and mentor quality staff across assembly, test, and calibration operations.
