Teams at Foundry for Good

Provide customer support for Tradewing by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, explaining product features, escalating complex problems, documenting interactions, identifying recurring issues, and improving support resources and processes. This remote role serves customers during Australia/New Zealand business hours and requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and comfort learning technology products.

Develop sales proposals, research prospects, analyze digital presence, draft executive communications, conduct outreach, and support conference preparation and follow-up. The role also provides administrative support to the Client Solutions Manager, improves sales processes and tools, and identifies ways to make proposal development and outreach more efficient. This is a remote Philippines-based position aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

The Investment & Venture Studio Associate will source and evaluate investment opportunities, build relationships in the sector, conduct market research, and support internal investment documentation and processes at Foundry for Good.
