Own the organization’s technology stack, outsourced IT relationships, software estate, budget, access management, and security coordination. Lead CRM and marketing automation migration projects, manage vendors and contracts, maintain technology records, support SaaS administration, coordinate compliance requests, and establish IT infrastructure for new entities. The role requires strong project management, commercial awareness, stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with modern SaaS environments without requiring software development or architecture design.

Lead Founders Forum’s US VIP and strategic relationship strategy, securing senior speakers, cultivating tech and investor networks, developing sponsorships, and connecting US principals to global events. The role combines executive relationship-building, creative outreach, commercial dealmaking, event development, VIP logistics, agenda alignment, ecosystem research, and occasional end-to-end event delivery. It requires strong judgment, discretion, operational execution, and the ability to work with prominent founders, investors, executives, policymakers, and cultural leaders.

Drive sponsorship and exhibitor revenue for The Longevity Show by developing sales strategy, identifying prospects, creating partnership packages, negotiating high-value deals, and managing renewals and upsells. Build relationships across health, wellness, biotech, diagnostics, and consumer longevity sectors. Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating with portfolio and marketing teams to deliver effective partner campaigns and activations.

Manage Tech Nation’s Upscale programme and bespoke scaleup initiatives, including strategy, content curation, events, advisory sessions, founder selection, partner engagement, fundraising support, and alumni development. Build relationships with founders, investors, advisors, speakers, and ecosystem stakeholders while growing community engagement and identifying international opportunities. The role requires coordinating multiple deliverables, representing Tech Nation at ecosystem events, and working four days weekly in the office with some UK and international travel.

Supports the growth and engagement of the Founders Forum community through member research, prospecting, CRM management, audience segmentation, content creation, event registrations, and event-day support. The role uses platforms including PitchBook, Dealroom, Sales Navigator, Grip, Swoogo, and Looker Studio to identify prospects, manage data, monitor insights, and coordinate communications. It also contributes to event materials, guest experience, troubleshooting, and new community engagement initiatives.

Grow and engage the Founders Forum community by researching and onboarding members, curating VIP guest and speaker lists, managing CRM data, and analyzing community segments. Create targeted communications, event materials, registration sites, dashboards, and reports. Manage inquiries and post-event follow-up while serving as an onsite community ambassador, troubleshooting guest needs, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the global founder network.

Manage Tech Nation's Deeptech cohort programmes from planning through delivery. Curate content, recruit advisors and speakers, run events and a flagship forum, engage founders and partners, drive community growth, and measure programme impact while collaborating with stakeholders and building sector networks.

Support delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns for The Longevity Show, including social, email, content, PR, partnerships and paid media. Create and schedule content, manage campaign logistics and assets, support ticket-sales and CRM segmentation, coordinate partner and speaker communications, track performance, and assist onsite event marketing.
