Responsibilities include securing commercial partnerships and sponsorships, managing government and ecosystem stakeholders, delivering international delegations and missions, overseeing events and logistics, developing onboarding pathways, tracking impact, and supporting scaleups entering the UK market.

Own the content strategy and programming for consumer and B2B longevity events. Responsibilities include curating agendas, securing and managing senior speakers, translating scientific topics for varied audiences, developing thought leadership, integrating sponsors authentically, supporting year-round content, and collaborating with marketing, experience, production, and operations teams. The role requires strong industry networks, editorial judgment, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-growing events business.

Supports the full lifecycle of technology and founder events, including community and guest research, invitee and speaker sourcing, CRM data management, event registrations, attendee communications, event materials, onsite guest support, troubleshooting, and post-event follow-up. The role also analyzes community segments and uses platforms such as PitchBook, Dealroom, Sales Navigator, and Grip to identify prospects and growth opportunities.
