Manage Tech Nation’s Upscale programme and bespoke scaleup initiatives, including strategy, content curation, events, advisory sessions, founder selection, partner engagement, fundraising support, and alumni development. Build relationships with founders, investors, advisors, speakers, and ecosystem stakeholders while growing community engagement and identifying international opportunities. The role requires coordinating multiple deliverables, representing Tech Nation at ecosystem events, and working four days weekly in the office with some UK and international travel.

Supports the growth and engagement of the Founders Forum community through member research, prospecting, CRM management, audience segmentation, content creation, event registrations, and event-day support. The role uses platforms including PitchBook, Dealroom, Sales Navigator, Grip, Swoogo, and Looker Studio to identify prospects, manage data, monitor insights, and coordinate communications. It also contributes to event materials, guest experience, troubleshooting, and new community engagement initiatives.

Grow and engage the Founders Forum community by researching and onboarding members, curating VIP guest and speaker lists, managing CRM data, and analyzing community segments. Create targeted communications, event materials, registration sites, dashboards, and reports. Manage inquiries and post-event follow-up while serving as an onsite community ambassador, troubleshooting guest needs, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the global founder network.
