Lead investment oversight and strategy for a $5B platform; advise donors and advisors; manage OCIO and external partners; shape asset allocation, portfolio construction, governance, performance reporting, and impact investing; present to the Investment Committee; and lead and develop the investment team to ensure donor-centered stewardship.

Lead and grow the Greater Steps Scholars Scholarship Fund through strategic planning, major gift fundraising, donor and community relations, scholarship program oversight, board and volunteer engagement, budget and operations management, and impact measurement to advance educational access and student success.

Lead and manage community-focused grant programs (Venue Access, Community Connector), oversee full grant lifecycle, evaluate and observe funded programs, provide grantee support and feedback, align cross-program investments, track outcomes, prepare reports, and represent ASC in community engagement activities.
