Teams at Foundation for the Carolinas

Provides administrative and project management support for a public art program, coordinating artist selection, stakeholder meetings, contracts, budgets, invoices, records, reports, and community engagement. Serves as liaison to the Public Art Commission, manages governance materials and follow-up actions, supports commissioner recruitment and onboarding, researches industry practices, and represents the organization at events and community activities. The role operates in a hybrid environment with frequent site visits and occasional after-hours events.

Lead investment oversight and strategy for a $5B platform; advise donors and advisors; manage OCIO and external partners; shape asset allocation, portfolio construction, governance, performance reporting, and impact investing; present to the Investment Committee; and lead and develop the investment team to ensure donor-centered stewardship.

Lead and grow the Greater Steps Scholars Scholarship Fund through strategic planning, major gift fundraising, donor and community relations, scholarship program oversight, board and volunteer engagement, budget and operations management, and impact measurement to advance educational access and student success.
