Own a territory, prospect and qualify opportunities, run discovery and demos, negotiate contracts, forecast accurately, and collaborate with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Experience to close deals and ensure smooth handoffs.

Lead full sales cycle to drive net-new revenue in the Australian mid-market for grantmaking/philanthropic SaaS. Build pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting, run consultative discovery and demos, negotiate contracts, maintain Salesforce data, and collaborate with Solutions Engineers, BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure smooth handoffs and market feedback.

Lead product marketing for a multi-product B2B/SaaS portfolio: positioning, GTM strategy, launches, sales enablement, messaging, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Client Success. Own written assets, gather market and competitive insights, and bring cohesion to products shaped by acquisitions while acting as an internal and external product advocate.

The Implementation Consultant will configure systems, troubleshoot issues, assist in quality assurance, and lead client functionality sessions while ensuring successful go-lives and integrated testing.

Provide remote-first technical support to end users via email, phone, and online channels. Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues, document tickets in Zendesk, escalate with recommendations, test fixes, support product adoption, and occasionally travel for training (<10%).
