Own and prioritize the GivingData product backlog for agile scrum teams, refine user stories, manage escalations, and partner with engineering, design, product, and client-facing teams. Lead roadmap planning, client discovery, release enablement, and post-release evaluation. Use AI tools to improve product workflows, synthesize feedback, prototype solutions, and support data-backed business cases for product decisions.
