Leads end-to-end cloud operations for a multi-region SaaS portfolio, overseeing availability, incident management, root cause analysis, configuration and change management, monitoring, performance, and infrastructure costs. Builds and develops a team of system administrators and SREs while partnering with Development, Security, and Support to improve operational readiness and reliability across AWS and Azure environments.

Owns product management across Foundant’s multi-product SaaS portfolio, leading Product Management, Product Ownership, and Product Design teams. Develops portfolio strategy, organizational processes, tooling, metrics, and operating maturity while partnering with executive, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success leaders. Makes investment and prioritization decisions across international markets, strengthens product leadership capabilities, and guides organizational change.

Own Foundant’s UK and EU marketing presence, pipeline, and audience growth. Responsibilities include building contact lists, developing sector partnerships, organizing in-person events, creating and localizing demand-generation content, managing freelance writers, growing LinkedIn reach, supporting website and search visibility, and reporting campaign performance. The role requires autonomous execution across marketing, events, partnerships, editorial, SEO, and regional market development, primarily focused on the UK with expansion into Europe.
