Develop, maintain, and document full-stack software (primarily C++) for customer and internal use. Support customer service, perform upgrades, assist installations, provide training, and occasionally provide after-hours support and travel for installs.

Create 2D layout drawings for machinery installation using AutoCAD 2021, view/update models in SolidWorks, assist with machine upgrades and design detailing, communicate with stakeholders, and use Excel for documentation. Position requires occasional travel up to 25%.

Paid electro-mechanical internship based in Green Bay to learn corrugated machinery and shop equipment (motors, drives, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics). Train in-house with classroom and on-the-job instruction, then transition to full-time Field Service Technician after graduation, servicing customer sites across North America (heavy travel). Requires mechanical aptitude, technical program enrollment, Microsoft Office skills, and strong communication/customer service.
