Build Forus's security foundation: own cloud and infrastructure security across AWS/GCP, embed security into product and dev workflows, establish detection/logging/audit trails and incident response for PHI systems, secure corporate identity and endpoints, design isolation for agentic AI, and automate controls for SOC 2/HIPAA/HITRUST.

Lead and run Forus' security compliance and customer trust programs (SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, HITRUST). Build compliance automation, manage vendor risk, handle security questionnaires and trust center, partner with engineering and legal to translate requirements into controls, coordinate audits and pen tests, and maintain risk register and company-wide audit readiness.

Lead editorial content and customer marketing by identifying stories and data across customers, clinicians, and partners. Produce case studies, reports, articles, webinars, and multimedia; interview stakeholders; build a repeatable editorial process from ideation through approval and distribution; and partner with growth, commercial, partnerships, communications, design, and production teams to publish and adapt content that establishes Forus as an authoritative voice on medication access.

Own a portfolio of provider organizations to drive adoption, growth, and advocacy. Lead workflow change, stakeholder alignment, onboarding, and strategic reviews. Analyze account health to identify risks and opportunities, partner with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap, and build scalable playbooks and SOPs for Provider Success.

Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives across growth, operations, product, and partnerships. Define strategy, build analyses and operating systems, partner with engineering and product to launch capabilities, evaluate new opportunities, and drive execution to scale the business.

Lead acquisition and activation of healthcare providers through scalable channels. Own strategy, budget allocation, experimentation, measurement/attribution, and growth infrastructure. Own and scale people operations for a high-volume, non-exempt workforce: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, compensation, compliance, employee relations, manager enablement, HRIS/payroll administration, and HR analytics. Build scalable processes, implement AI and automation, and partner with leaders to drive workforce health and engagement.

Founding GTM Strategy & Operations member who builds analyses and operating models to prioritize growth, drives provider acquisition and market expansion initiatives, improves planning and performance frameworks, partners cross-functionally, evaluates partnerships and new opportunities, and leverages AI and automation to scale go-to-market execution.
