Own Forus’s internal AI workspace and enablement systems for operations. Build AI tooling, knowledge bases, skills libraries, integrations, automations, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring. Build and own Forus’s healthcare compliance, privacy, and HIPAA programs. Responsibilities include developing policies and training, monitoring and remediation, incident investigations, breach assessments, risk assessments, audits, certification processes, and AI and data-use governance. The role partners with Legal, Security, Clinical, and Engineering teams and provides practical compliance guidance to support company growth and client trust.

Full‑stack Software Engineering intern who ships production code and owns an end‑to‑end project. Build data‑dense, workflow‑heavy clinical interfaces, collaborate with product and design, iterate with users, and operate at the pace and quality of a full engineer.

Owns operational workflows that improve patient access to medicine. Responsibilities include analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, designing human-AI workflows, writing product and automation specifications, building prototypes, evaluating quality and failure modes, launching changes with engineering, and measuring impact. The role requires high autonomy, strong judgment, technical fluency, clear communication, and a bias toward rapid, measurable improvement.

Lead and run Forus' security compliance and customer trust programs (SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, HITRUST). Build compliance automation, manage vendor risk, handle security questionnaires and trust center, partner with engineering and legal to translate requirements into controls, coordinate audits and pen tests, and maintain risk register and company-wide audit readiness.

Lead editorial content and customer marketing by identifying stories and data across customers, clinicians, and partners. Produce case studies, reports, articles, webinars, and multimedia; interview stakeholders; build a repeatable editorial process from ideation through approval and distribution; and partner with growth, commercial, partnerships, communications, design, and production teams to publish and adapt content that establishes Forus as an authoritative voice on medication access.

Own and scale Forus' Revenue Operations: architect HubSpot, ensure data hygiene, build trusted reporting and forecasts, support GTM planning with Finance, surface insights, and drive tooling adoption across Growth.
