Teams at Forus

Own a portfolio of provider organizations from onboarding through retention and advocacy. Drive workflow adoption, stakeholder alignment, expansion, and measurable outcomes while managing escalations and analyzing account health. Build trusted relationships with provider teams, lead business reviews, refine customer success playbooks, and translate customer insights into improved products and workflows. This is an autonomous, in-person New York role requiring rapid execution and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Owns Forus’s information security infrastructure, security posture, IT systems, access controls, device and cloud management, compliance programs, vendor relationships, and in-office IT operations. The role implements and scales security tools, automates onboarding and offboarding, troubleshoots infrastructure issues, manages vendors, and partners with engineering, operations, legal, and compliance to translate business and regulatory needs into secure technical practices.

Build AI-powered systems and automations for growth teams, including provider research, enrichment, scoring, routing, personalization, and representative productivity. Integrate CRM, data warehouse, internal systems, and third-party tools using platforms, APIs, LLMs, Python, and JavaScript. Own projects from prototyping through rollout, training, measurement, and iteration while evaluating emerging AI tools.
