Own and improve developer productivity systems: CI/CD, build systems, deployment automation, development environments, and tooling to enable AI-assisted coding agents. Build sandboxed agent execution, CI validation for agent changes, automation for refactors/migrations/tests, metrics for velocity, and drive org-wide adoption of agentic development to accelerate engineer throughput and onboarding.

Own and scale the company's compute and data platform: operate EKS/Kubernetes, manage databases (Postgres, OpenSearch, BigQuery), control cloud cost, define SLOs and observability, run low-downtime migrations, and build infrastructure-as-code and self-serve primitives for product teams.

Lead high-priority, hard-to-fill searches (executives, exceptional ICs). Partner with founders and hiring managers to define requirements, build market maps, source, assess, close candidates, manage external firms, and develop long-term talent intelligence.
