Teams at Forus

Own Forus’s internal AI workspace and enablement systems for operations. Build AI tooling, knowledge bases, skills libraries, integrations, automations, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring. Identify high-value workflows for automation, test and scale AI capabilities, partner with engineering and data teams on foundational platforms, and train teams to use AI effectively. The role is full-time and in person in New York.

Build and own Forus’s healthcare compliance, privacy, and HIPAA programs. Responsibilities include developing policies and training, monitoring and remediation, incident investigations, breach assessments, risk assessments, audits, certification processes, and AI and data-use governance. The role partners with Legal, Security, Clinical, and Engineering teams and provides practical compliance guidance to support company growth and client trust.

Serve as a legal partner to business stakeholders, owning commercial agreements, platform terms, privacy and HIPAA counseling, healthcare compliance, data governance, and scalable legal workflows. Advise on product, marketing, clinical operations, and regulatory matters while developing policies, templates, playbooks, and risk guidance. The role requires independent management of complex commercial matters and close collaboration with product, security, compliance, and operational teams.
