Serve as a force multiplier for the founders by managing the CEO’s calendar, priorities, follow-through, and operational queues. Project-manage customer and internal workstreams, coordinate company events and retreats, support business operations, and handle special projects with autonomy and discretion. The role is an in-person startup position offering exposure to executive operations and potential progression into broader startup leadership roles.

Own enterprise account health, adoption, and expansion revenue after contract close. Build executive relationships, identify new use cases, drive operational value, and translate customer needs into product roadmap input. Serve as a bridge between clients, Operations, and Product/Engineering while creating scalable customer playbooks and expansion systems.

Lead and scale Fortuna Health’s operational engine for Medicaid consumers. Responsibilities include strategizing expansion into new states, implementing new client programs, improving product-supported workflows, owning ambiguous operational problems end-to-end, and helping build and develop the operations team. The role requires a fast-paced, product-minded generalist who can execute with strong ownership, attention to detail, and empathy.

Early operations hire responsible for processing high volumes of consumer Medicaid applications, identifying user patterns and edge cases, and partnering with engineering to streamline processes and fix product issues. Provide timely, empathetic consumer support, investigate user needs, and recommend product changes to improve experience and reduce support demand.
