Supports the Community Manager across assigned multifamily properties by overseeing leasing support, resident relations, rent collection, accounts payable, budgeting, payroll, bank deposits, data entry, and compliance. Coordinates onsite staff and contractors, resolves resident concerns, maintains operational standards, and manages the community in the Community Manager’s absence. Requires property management experience, accounting knowledge, property management software proficiency, computer skills, communication ability, and a valid driver’s license.
