Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, managing the full order lifecycle from quote to payment. Create and maintain ERP item and customer records, coordinate with sales, production, prepress, and shipping, handle inquiries and complaints, manage inventory levels, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, develop and implement hiring strategies, screen and interview candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, ensure compliance with employment laws, coach new hires, improve processes, and manage recruitment budgets and stakeholder relationships.
