The Senior Quality Manager oversees quality assurance, vendor management, and process improvement for wheat flour fortification and leads a team to ensure compliance and enhance quality systems.

Work with partner flour mills to sample and test fortified wheat flour, perform rapid iron testing, manage QC of premix, coordinate with labs, analyse and report data, and support research and quality improvement across stakeholders.

Support lab and field quality control for wheat fortification: perform iCheck Iron tests and premix analyses, maintain QC documentation and data, coordinate external labs, support SOP development, vendor audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
