Lead financial reporting, month-end close, consolidations, account reconciliations, and audits across US and Canadian operations. Manage accounting, A/P, A/R, credit, controls, ERP implementations, tax inputs, and finance team development while partnering with FP&A and external auditors.

Lead regional commercial strategy and growth for assigned territory. Manage rep groups and territory sales reps, drive new business and specifications, maintain CRM and ERP data integrity, conduct account reviews and field visits, and deliver quarterly/annual revenue and market-share targets.
