Supports daily office and business operations through administrative assistance, customer service, accounts receivable processing, invoicing, payment processing, data entry, document management, filing, and mail coordination. Partners with production, leadership, and cross-functional teams to improve workflows, maintain accurate records, support SOP implementation, and ensure timely communication. The role is fully on-site and requires strong organization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and manufacturing experience.

Processes customer orders and claims for wood doors and frames, reviewing specifications, manufacturing quotes, and product limitations. Provides technical assistance for product applications, performs quality control, supports rapid processing, and serves distributors to ensure an excellent customer experience. The role is full-time and onsite, requiring analytical, meticulous, autonomous work in a fast-paced team environment.

Manages a large geographic sales territory, develops strategic growth plans, meets revenue and KPI targets, builds relationships with architects and contractors, supports commercial construction projects, resolves claims, delivers customer training, forecasts demand, monitors competitors, and develops new business through industry events and customer engagement.
