Process customer quotes and specifications for wood doors and frames, ensuring timely, accurate order entry, quality control, and technical assistance. Serve as distributor reference to deliver excellent customer service and support production limitations.

Manage a large sales territory to achieve revenue and KPI targets by creating strategic plans, working with channel influencers (architects, GCs), forecasting, training customers, resolving warranty/claim issues, collecting market intelligence, and participating in industry events.
