Supervise 2nd-shift plant production: assign work, monitor KPIs, maintain tier board data, conduct lean audits and training, optimize productivity and quality, manage staffing/hiring, provide coaching and discipline, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage capacity planning and logistics for one or more plants: build ERP-connected capacity models, produce weekly capacity and lead-time reports, support SIOP, optimize outbound routing and freight costs, monitor inventory (ABC/XYZ, OSMI), and support cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.

Provide administrative and customer service support for daily office operations, AR processing, and data management. Manage correspondence, filing, invoicing, payments, and shipping documentation. Support production labeling, record retention, SOP development, and cross‑functional communication to ensure efficient workflows and positive internal and external customer experiences.
