Supports supply chain operations through documentation management, reporting, data analysis, and administrative coordination. Lead HR for a multi-site manufacturing business unit, providing strategic HR partnership, managing hourly recruitment, union labor relations and contract administration, employee relations, compliance, leadership development, HR operations, and cross-functional HR initiatives while supporting business objectives and driving operational excellence.

Produces customer quotations, revisions, and follow-ups; answers product, specification, and pricing questions; processes quotes and orders; and provides customer service. Conducts outbound sales calls to improve quote conversion and maintains positive customer relationships. The role requires accurate CRM use, strong Microsoft Office skills, multitasking, professional communication, and knowledge of building materials, manufacturing, doors, or hardware products. It is fully in-office in Howell, Michigan, with occasional travel.
