Coordinates J-1 student exchange program administration, including host family and student placement paperwork, background checks, supervision records, payments, local representative training, newsletters, promotional materials, database updates, phone support, and general office duties. The role monitors student well-being, ensures compliance with Department of State requirements, communicates with stakeholders, and prepares written program materials.
