Forte International Exchange Association

Forte International Exchange Association (FIEA) is an independent nonprofit educational and cultural exchange program and a U.S. Department of State-designated J-1 secondary-school student exchange sponsor. Since 2000, it has enabled international high-school students to study in the United States, live with screened American host families, and experience U.S. culture. FIEA partners with overseas agents to select participants and supports student placement, orientation, and supervision, promoting mutual understanding through public diplomacy.
