Oversee technical theatre operations, safety, and production logistics for the department. Manage student build crews, create season production schedules and budgets, maintain and train on shop equipment, coordinate maintenance and repairs, attend rehearsals and strikes, ensure digital accessibility compliance, and mentor students in technical theatre.

Provide individualized academic advising for undergraduate students (up to ~60 credits), manage a caseload, develop academic plans, support transfer evaluations, perform proactive outreach, coordinate with departments and campus resources, maintain accurate advising records in compliance with FERPA, and participate in advising campaigns and professional development to support student retention and timely degree completion.

Provide front-line administrative support to English and Performing Arts-Music departments: manage communications, scheduling, budgeting and procurement, student worker supervision, faculty search and onboarding support, student relations, lab/field-trip coordination, and departmental recordkeeping. Use Workday and campus systems to process budgets, p-card reconciliations, purchases, hires, and travel arrangements while ensuring office operations run smoothly.

Lead alumni engagement, annual giving, donor relations, stewardship, advancement communications, and constituent experiences. Develop integrated engagement strategies, oversee campaigns and events, supervise a small team, manage budgets and vendors, use data to evaluate performance, and strengthen alumni and donor relationships to advance fundraising goals and institutional priorities.

Lead planning and execution of events, donor stewardship, recognition, and volunteer engagement to strengthen alumni and donor relationships. Manage event logistics, stewardship communications, CRM data tracking, assessment, and operational workflows. Supervise student staff, collaborate with Advancement and campus partners, ensure accessible materials, and support continuous improvement to advance fundraising and engagement goals.

Manage alumni relationships and regional engagement to increase volunteerism, networking, mentorship, advocacy, and philanthropy. Plan and run alumni programs and affinity groups, partner across campus, use CRM and data to track engagement, support communications and fundraising efforts, and report on participation and program effectiveness. Travel and event support required.
