Provides administrative support for Theatre and Art and Design departments, including communications, scheduling, records, procurement, budget reconciliation, travel arrangements, faculty searches, student worker supervision, recruiting support, and student relations. Also coordinates Theatre media promotions, press releases, advertising, playbills, ticketing support, house management, licensing, and patron records.

Teaches scenic design, stage management, and stage technology while serving as technical director. Responsibilities include mentoring technical theatre students, managing build crews, production schedules, budgets, equipment maintenance, safety procedures, technical rehearsals, production strikes, and performance-space repairs. The role also supports recruitment, accessibility compliance, season planning, and collaboration across departments. A terminal degree or significant professional experience in theatrical design, technical direction, or production management is required.

Provides executive, financial, personnel, scholarship, records, procurement, event, communications, and office operations support for the School of Education. Serves as the primary administrative contact for the Dean, faculty, staff, students, visitors, and campus partners. Maintains confidential records, coordinates budgets and travel documentation, supports hiring and evaluations, manages office logistics, and assists with institutional reporting and special projects.
