Manage end-to-end delivery and support of workplace technologies for a major facility. Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable operations, lead incident/problem management, oversee asset lifecycle and vendors, coordinate cross-functional teams, support VIPs, drive user experience improvements, training, and change management.

Design, implement, maintain, and optimise secure scalable network infrastructure across on-prem, WAN, Azure, and AWS. Lead global event network deployments, troubleshoot complex incidents, ensure compliance (GDPR, SOX, ISO27001), drive automation and resilience, mentor junior staff, and support business continuity.

Manage F1's IT procurement category on a 16-month FTC: lead sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier performance, and renewals across software, SaaS, cloud, hardware and cyber security. Partner with IT, InfoSec, Finance and Legal to run RFx processes, commercial evaluations, contract reviews, and drive procurement improvements and governance.

Create high-quality motion graphics and edited video content for Formula 1's digital and social platforms. Develop style frames, 3D motion assets, edit/grade/audio mix footage, manage projects from concept to delivery, and support branded content and event production while ensuring brand compliance and efficient media workflows.

Lead development and production of feature and digital-first video content for Formula 1. Own content strands from concept to delivery, self-shoot when needed, edit to broadcast standard, manage editors and producers, collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Social and Communications, and travel to race events to support on-site production.

Produce and maintain mechanical engineering technical documentation (design reports, specs, work instructions, test procedures); manage document control, versioning and approval workflows; support design reviews, audits and governance; update legacy documents; coordinate with manufacturing, quality and supply chain to support build, inspection and validation.

Design, develop and document mechanical components, assemblies and systems for F1 projects. Perform 3D modelling and 2D draughting, prototyping, testing, fault-finding, commissioning and PLM administration (Windchill). Support operational teams at events, liaise with suppliers, estimate project costs/timelines, and hand over completed designs with documentation.

Lead and manage a mechanical design team to deliver bespoke mechanical solutions for F1 events. Own product design lifecycle from requirements through testing, deployment and support. Oversee budgets, forecasting, supplier engagement and large high-profile projects while mentoring staff, researching new technologies and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Design, develop and document mechanical components and assemblies using CAD and PLM tools. Support, maintain and fault-find FOM mechanical systems at events, carry full design cycle from concept to commissioning, administer Windchill/PDMLink, liaise with suppliers and hand over projects to operations.
