Produce and maintain mechanical engineering technical documentation (design reports, specs, work instructions, test procedures); manage document control, versioning and approval workflows; support design reviews, audits and governance; update legacy documents; coordinate with manufacturing, quality and supply chain to support build, inspection and validation.

Design, develop and document mechanical components, assemblies and systems for F1 projects. Perform 3D modelling and 2D draughting, prototyping, testing, fault-finding, commissioning and PLM administration (Windchill). Support operational teams at events, liaise with suppliers, estimate project costs/timelines, and hand over completed designs with documentation.

Lead and manage a mechanical design team to deliver bespoke mechanical solutions for F1 events. Own product design lifecycle from requirements through testing, deployment and support. Oversee budgets, forecasting, supplier engagement and large high-profile projects while mentoring staff, researching new technologies and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Design, develop and document mechanical components and assemblies using CAD and PLM tools. Support, maintain and fault-find FOM mechanical systems at events, carry full design cycle from concept to commissioning, administer Windchill/PDMLink, liaise with suppliers and hand over projects to operations.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team: manage recruitment inbox and calendar, book and conduct screening interviews, post jobs, shortlist CVs, raise and accept POs, handle recruitment reporting and trackers, support budgeting and TA projects, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Manage F1's IT procurement category on a 16-month FTC: lead sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier performance, and renewals across software, SaaS, cloud, hardware and cyber security. Partner with IT, InfoSec, Finance and Legal to run RFx processes, commercial evaluations, contract reviews, and drive procurement improvements and governance.

Lead and evolve the Creative Solutions team to deliver world-class creative and commercial outputs. Set strategic direction, build high-performing culture, implement scalable processes and governance, manage end-to-end delivery, resource allocation and performance, and partner with commercial stakeholders to ensure creative solutions support business objectives and client needs.

Manage the technology initiative pipeline from ideation to post-delivery, facilitate stakeholder workshops, support business-case development, coordinate contracting, enforce governance and stage-gates, and report pipeline status and risks to senior leaders.

Lead and improve F1 Digital's end-to-end QA and UAT strategy, governance and tooling across web, apps, OTT and AI features. Manage partner QA relationships, enforce quality baselines, own Testmo/Shake/Jira practices, drive performance and environment strategies, chair defect triage, coach QA contributors, and report quality KPIs to support release go/no-go decisions.
