Teams at Formula 1

Assists the Creative team with designing and building 2D still and motion graphics for broadcast, corporate video, digital/social, and AV screen projects. Creates animations, treatments, storyboards, style frames, and adaptations while following brand guidelines and technical specifications. Collaborates with producers and designers, stays current with high-end video production trends, and supports innovative, technically sound content creation. The role requires flexibility for occasional weekend, evening, or night work.

Design and evolve data architecture, platforms, models, integration patterns, and lifecycle practices supporting mission-critical Formula 1 applications. Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders on architecture standards, modernization, technical debt reduction, tooling, CI/CD, and roadmap initiatives. Provide technical guidance, participate in engineering ceremonies, and support selected race weekends onsite at Biggin Hill and trackside.

Provides technical and administrative coordination for Formula 1 Track Systems, including private test telemetry support, hardware orders, shipments, inventory, event records, financial reporting, and process improvement. Acts as a liaison among teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders while supporting hardware preparation and deployment for events worldwide. Requires strong organization, communication, Excel, recordkeeping, problem-solving, and operational skills, plus interest in technology and motorsport.
