Design, develop and document mechanical components and assemblies using CAD and PLM tools. Support, maintain and fault-find FOM mechanical systems at events, carry full design cycle from concept to commissioning, administer Windchill/PDMLink, liaise with suppliers and hand over projects to operations.

Design, develop and document mechanical components, assemblies and systems for F1 projects. Perform 3D modelling and 2D draughting, prototyping, testing, fault-finding, commissioning and PLM administration (Windchill). Support operational teams at events, liaise with suppliers, estimate project costs/timelines, and hand over completed designs with documentation.

Design and deliver temporary power distribution systems and bespoke electrical infrastructure for global race operations. Create schematics, single-line diagrams, wiring schedules and technical documentation; develop switchgear, UPS-backed and containerised solutions; support manufacture, testing, inspections and on-site deployment; ensure compliance with UK/European standards and drive continuous product and process improvements.
