Diagnose failures using logs, reproduce issues in-house, test PLC/robot/software/electrical fixes, document troubleshooting guides, identify fleet-wide trends, and drive permanent product fixes with Engineering. Work on-site in Bolingbrook, IL or Oakland, CA and travel occasionally.
