Support Finance Director and COO with accounts payable, bank reconciliations, vendor relations, audit prep, journal entries, 1099/1096 processing, reporting, and Sage-based transaction troubleshooting. Provide administrative backup to senior accounting and grant billing staff, train staff on Sage, and assist with grant financial reporting and community engagement as needed.

Provide one-on-one coaching and case management to families using Mobility Mentoring: conduct assessments, set and track financial and self-sufficiency goals, make referrals, coordinate services, provide home/community visits across specified cities, maintain accurate case files and grant data, engage community partners, and support outreach and fundraising as needed.
