Support fundraising operations and provide administrative support to the Development team. Manage in-kind gifts and donation tracking, enter donation logs into Salesforce, assist with donor correspondence, coordinate and attend events and speaking engagements, engage donors and volunteers, provide reception coverage, complete required data reporting, and participate in community engagement and fundraising activities. Requires some evenings and weekends and occasional physical lifting.

The Education Liaison ensures educational well-being for children, conducts intakes, assesses needs, communicates with stakeholders, tracks progress, and engages parents while maintaining data records and community involvement.

Perform full-cycle accounting duties including AP/AR support, grant financial administration, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, monthly reporting, journal entries, bank deposits, and assist with audits. Work with program staff and grants teams to ensure accurate invoicing, grant compliance, and timely reimbursements. Provide payroll backup, customer service to vendors, and participate in community engagement and fundraising support.
