Lead North American semiconductor business development for Forge Nano thin film (ALDx) solutions. Build pipeline, pursue strategic accounts across front-end and back-end fabs, engage cross-functional teams, support technical sales and negotiations, manage and coach a BD team, deliver presentations, and develop business cases and TCO/ROI models to drive qualification and production adoption.

Run and optimize ALD thin-film processes on the TEPHRA cluster tool in a cleanroom R&D lab. Plan experiments, execute DOE, analyze ellipsometry and metrology data, document procedures and maintain equipment. Collaborate with scientists, technicians, and hardware engineers to transfer processes, evaluate hardware, and support safe, OSHA-compliant lab operations.

The IT Control Engineering Manager leads controls engineering, overseeing automation architecture, PLC/SCADA development, compliance, and project management for manufacturing tools.

Lead R&D for next-generation coatings and processes using Forge Nano's ALD platform for semiconductor applications. Drive strategic programs, customer engagements, scale innovations to manufacturing, mentor staff, manage projects, and protect IP while ensuring lab and cleanroom safety.

Develop, program, and commission PLC control logic and HMI/GUIs for semiconductor ALD production equipment. Configure industrial communications, safety logic (HAZOP), servers/OPC-UA/Historians, and support field commissioning and remote troubleshooting. Produce control documentation, technical writing, and participate in cross-functional design reviews.

Manage semiconductor equipment products through lifecycle: define roadmaps and specs, analyze market and customer requirements, collaborate across engineering, sales, operations and marketing, coordinate forecasting and demand, and support product adoption and profitability targets.

Forge Battery is seeking candidates for various future positions including engineers, buyers, and logistics roles, primarily in the Raleigh-Durham area, focusing on manufacturing high-quality batteries.

Lead and scale a multidisciplinary engineering organization to deliver reliable, manufacturable semiconductor capital equipment. Own product architecture and roadmap for 200/300 mm platforms, enforce systems engineering and configuration control, drive development from requirements through verification and release, manage budget and partners, and ensure cross-functional alignment with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customers.

Manage incoming material quality and in-process/final QC for the Battery Prototype Line. Perform incoming inspections, analytical testing, SPC and Cp/Cpk studies, measurement system evaluations, root cause investigations, calibration tracking, and maintain traceability. Ensure safety, dry-room compliance, supplier quality support, and ISO 9001 alignment while working cross-functionally with prototype, QC, and R&D teams.

Design, develop, and integrate electrical systems for semiconductor equipment including power distribution, control panels, PLC/motion integration, schematics/BOMs, and compliance. Support system bring-up, troubleshooting, validation, product development, cross-functional coordination, documentation, and on-site commissioning.

The Director of Battery Sales will develop sales strategies, lead a sales team, manage customer relationships, and contribute to financial planning and market analysis to drive revenue growth in the Li-ion battery sector.

The Electrode Scientist/Engineer will lead electrode production, collaborate on scaling processes, optimize manufacturing methods, and mentor junior staff within a battery manufacturing environment.
