The Director of Quality Assurance leads the development and implementation of quality systems in a high-growth battery manufacturing plant, ensuring product compliance and operational excellence while managing quality teams and initiatives.

Lead North American semiconductor business development for Forge Nano thin film (ALDx) solutions. Build pipeline, pursue strategic accounts across front-end and back-end fabs, engage cross-functional teams, support technical sales and negotiations, manage and coach a BD team, deliver presentations, and develop business cases and TCO/ROI models to drive qualification and production adoption.

Run and optimize ALD thin-film processes on the TEPHRA cluster tool in a cleanroom R&D lab. Plan experiments, execute DOE, analyze ellipsometry and metrology data, document procedures and maintain equipment. Collaborate with scientists, technicians, and hardware engineers to transfer processes, evaluate hardware, and support safe, OSHA-compliant lab operations.
