Lead and manage industrial hygiene and environmental health projects from client contact through final reporting. Own budgets, staffing, scheduling, QA/QC, field investigations, equipment logistics, invoicing, and client relationships. Supervise project coordinators, managers, and technicians; perform on-site surveys and abatement oversight; maintain certifications and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Lead development of FACSusiness with insurance, claims, restoration, and strategic-response channels. Build carrier and adjuster relationships, secure vendor-panel access, generate recurring claims work, qualify opportunities, coordinate internal technical and operations teams, maintain CRM and market intelligence, and support CAT/large-loss readiness. Focus on translating technical services into buyer-facing value and converting panel access into active use while protecting margins and operational feasibility.

Lead and manage asbestos, lead, mold, and industrial hygiene projects including client communication, budgeting, proposal generation, field surveys, abatement oversight, report and remediation specification preparation, staff coordination, and QA/QC to ensure timely deliverables and regulatory compliance.

Client-facing senior role driving sector-focused growth through consultative selling, executive relationship building, pipeline ownership, proposal strategy, account expansion, public procurement pursuits, and coordination with Practice Leads, Local Directors, Marketing, and SMEs. Requires disciplined CRM use, forecasting, and frequent travel to develop and close profitable opportunities.
