Leads asbestos and environmental health projects from proposal through fieldwork, reporting, invoicing, and closeout. Manages schedules, budgets, staffing, quality, client relationships, and technical deliverables while conducting or overseeing site assessments, sampling, and documentation. The role also supports business development, client presentations, staff mentoring, certification compliance, and project financial performance. Regular fieldwork, travel, equipment handling, background screening, physicals, and respirator fit testing are required.

Provides part-time administrative and office-operations support, including scheduling, project intake, records management, supply coordination, mail handling, onboarding, travel arrangements, event planning, customer-service support, and office technology coordination. Maintains confidential client, employee, financial, project, and legal information while supporting the Local Director, Finance team, staff, vendors, and project partners.

Lead and manage industrial hygiene and environmental health projects from client contact through final reporting. Own budgets, staffing, scheduling, QA/QC, field investigations, equipment logistics, invoicing, and client relationships. Supervise project coordinators, managers, and technicians; perform on-site surveys and abatement oversight; maintain certifications and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
