Support the Local Director by leading project execution, client engagement, proposals, budgeting, invoicing, collections, staff supervision, recruiting, and business development to meet revenue and operational goals while ensuring compliance and service quality.

Lead and manage asbestos, lead, mold and industrial hygiene projects from proposals and budgets through field surveys, abatement oversight, reporting, and client delivery. Oversee project teams, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain client relationships, support business development, and manage CRM/ERP project records.

Manage environmental health projects end-to-end: budget and invoice control, project planning in ERP, staffing and scheduling, oversee field investigations and report preparation, maintain QA/QC and certifications, support business development, and ensure timely deliverables and client communication.
