Collaborates with bank leadership, external auditors, and co-sourced audit partners to identify risks and recommend improvements.

Supports internal audits through process walkthroughs, control testing, interviews, financial reporting control reviews, workpaper preparation, and audit recommendations. The intern also helps evaluate AI-enabled audit tools, communicates with stakeholders and auditors, and participates in risk and compliance activities under Internal Audit leadership.

Reviews and underwrites new loan transactions while managing an assigned portfolio of existing borrowers. Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements and sponsor models, conducting industry and diligence research, preparing investment memorandums, assessing credit risks and mitigants, supporting amendments and restructurings, reviewing legal documents, monitoring portfolio performance, and maintaining credit files. The role collaborates with private equity sponsors, borrowers, legal counsel, and banking partners.

Leads underwriting and closing of asset-based Lender Finance and Fund Finance loans. Responsibilities include evaluating credit quality, structuring transactions, conducting market and sponsor due diligence, building financial models and sensitivities, preparing approval materials, presenting deals to the Loan Committee, managing borrower relationships, monitoring loan covenants, coordinating closings, and supervising assigned employees.
