Evaluates IT systems, controls, and processes through walkthroughs, risk assessments, control effectiveness testing, regulatory compliance audits, and detailed workpaper preparation. Reviews cybersecurity, access controls, network security, application controls, change management, disaster recovery, data protection, and IT governance. Collaborates with bank leadership, external auditors, and co-sourced audit partners to identify risks and recommend improvements.

Supports internal audits through process walkthroughs, control testing, interviews, financial reporting control reviews, workpaper preparation, and audit recommendations. The intern also helps evaluate AI-enabled audit tools, communicates with stakeholders and auditors, and participates in risk and compliance activities under Internal Audit leadership.

Reviews and underwrites new loan transactions while managing an assigned portfolio of existing borrowers. Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements and sponsor models, conducting industry and diligence research, preparing investment memorandums, assessing credit risks and mitigants, supporting amendments and restructurings, reviewing legal documents, monitoring portfolio performance, and maintaining credit files. The role collaborates with private equity sponsors, borrowers, legal counsel, and banking partners.
