Create B2B SaaS marketing content across the funnel: long-form (blogs, whitepapers, case studies), short-form (web, email, ads), sales enablement, thought leadership, and SEO-driven content. Partner with product marketing, campaigns, and customer success, maintain the content calendar, optimize using performance data, and support PR and executive communications.

Sell SaaS software by conducting discovery, scoping solutions, creating customized customer demonstrations, and explaining product value, ROI, and AI capabilities. Prepare RFIs and RFPs, answer technical questions, support upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with sales, marketing, implementation, and product teams. Maintain expertise in the platform, AI-enabled SaaS functionality, food industry challenges, and relevant regulations.

The Implementation Manager oversees project delivery for Foods Connected's procurement and supply chain tools, ensuring client satisfaction and effective implementation while managing relationships and data analysis.

Lead the EMEA account management function for a B2B SaaS platform, driving customer retention, renewals, upsell, cross-sell, advocacy, and revenue forecasting. Build scalable account management frameworks, monitor account health, identify expansion opportunities, oversee contract negotiations, and develop high-performing teams. Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Product to improve customer experiences and represent customer needs. Support QBRs, workshops, and strategic reviews with enterprise and mid-market customers across the region.

Build and run a new PMO for Professional Services: manage resource planning and Kantata project setup, govern RAID logs, track budgets and forecasting, produce portfolio-level reports and dashboards, maintain templates and tooling, and drive process improvements to support delivery teams.
