The AI Enablement Manager will drive AI adoption across the organization, facilitating workshops, assessing vendor products, and ensuring clear communication of requirements between business teams and technical staff.

Support end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes (M&A, org redesign, operating models, technology implementations). Lead small initiatives, run workstreams, gather/document requirements, conduct analysis, support rollout and adoption, produce change deliverables, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and maintain trackers and dashboards.

The Commercial Director will define and execute the commercial strategy for North America, drive account growth, and enhance customer relationships, while collaborating across departments for successful product adoption and revenue growth.
