Build and run a new PMO for Professional Services: manage resource planning and Kantata project setup, govern RAID logs, track budgets and forecasting, produce portfolio-level reports and dashboards, maintain templates and tooling, and drive process improvements to support delivery teams.

Lead and own test automation strategy and frameworks for front-end and back-end, drive Selenium-to-Cypress/Playwright migration, establish CI/CD quality gates in GitHub Actions, embed AI tooling to accelerate test authoring, and mentor QAs and engineers to scale automated coverage and test infrastructure health.

The Implementation Manager oversees project delivery for Foods Connected's procurement and supply chain tools, ensuring client satisfaction and effective implementation while managing relationships and data analysis.
