Partner with Sales to conduct technical discovery, present Fonoa’s tax automation products, scope customer solutions, and guide integrations. The role requires expertise in API capabilities, technical gap analysis, implementation planning, customer issue support, and collaboration with Product to influence the roadmap and solve complex enterprise challenges.

Draft and negotiate SaaS licensing, reseller, managed service, distribution, vendor, and other commercial agreements. Assess contractual risks, propose mitigations, advise sales and business leaders, support privacy and security questionnaires, and coordinate with outside counsel. The role partners closely with commercial teams and contributes to broader legal initiatives in a fast-growing technology company.

Reviews and refines AI-generated tax content for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with legislation and official guidance. The role involves testing prompts, researching global tax sources, identifying gaps and questionable assumptions, documenting issues and recurring quality patterns, supporting product teams, and improving review guidelines and documentation. Candidates should have legal or tax qualifications, 1–3 years of relevant advisory or law firm experience, strong research skills, professional English proficiency, and comfort with AI-enabled tools.
