Provides installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for computers, operating systems, software, peripherals, and basic network connectivity. Assists end users, resolves technical issues, supports equipment upgrades, maintains documentation and inventory, and collaborates with Information Systems staff. The role requires strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with occasional interfacility travel and possible after-hours or on-call maintenance.

Manages governmental accounting activities, including financial records, journal entries, reconciliations, billing, collections, budgets, grant reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance. Supervises and trains staff, coordinates accounting workflows, maintains fiscal software systems, develops internal controls, and prepares reports for Wisconsin state agencies, Medicaid, Medicare, and other governmental entities.

Oversees a county crisis intervention program, providing direct crisis assessments, counseling, referrals, inpatient admission coordination, clinical supervision, staff scheduling, training, documentation review, and compliance oversight. Supervises full-time and pool crisis staff, provides rotating on-call coverage, collaborates with hospitals, law enforcement, courts, and community agencies, supports related human services programs, and develops policies aligned with statutory requirements.
